Hydrated lime (25kg bag)


Hydrated lime is a white fine-disperse powder obtained by mixing calcium lime with water, contains active calcium oxides and magnesium oxide from 60 to 70%.

Application:

  • in construction – as additive in dry mixes, manufacture of dry mortars – plasters, glues, self-leveling floors, putties, masonry and others
  • in agriculture for improvement of quality of soils, as bactericidal means
  • in the chemical industry for the production of calcined soda, calcium carbide, chlorolime, bertolet salt, synthetic rubber, etc.

Chalk (30kg bag)


Chalk – the mineral product of sedimentary rock which found extensive application in various fields of activity. In the construction sphere use of chalk has wide circulation. It is applied as an additional component to construction mixes, paint and varnish products and spackling materials. And it is also used for creation of mix for tree whitewashing.

CLAY POWDER (5, 23KG BAG)


It is a clay processed to a powdery state and which is dried up to humidity of 6-8%. It is applied to production of clay mix for producing furnaces and fireplaces. Clay masonry has thin seams, when drying is not painted, does not crack. Fire-resistant material – melting point at 1180 °C, is recommended to use at a temperature up to 800 °C.

CHAMOTTE POWDER (5, 10KG BAG)


Chamotte — the refractory clay burned before loss of plasticity, removal of chemically connected water to a certain degree. Chamotte powder is the integral component as a part of fire-resistant mortar which is used for producing connecting seams creating furnaces and other thermal units. To receive fire-resistant construction mix, it is not obligatory to use expensive synthetic additives at all, it is enough to add chamotte powder as one of components. Fire-resistant material – melting point at 1650°C, is recommended to use at a temperature up to 1400°C.

Expanded clay blocks for construction of load-bearing or non-load bearing the external and internal walls. OSB (Oriented Strand Boards) are wood composite material produced out of long, thin chips, so-called strands. The plates consist of three cross-oriented layers, the outer layers of the plates are oriented in the longitudinal direction, and in the middle they are arranged in the transverse direction. This different orientation of the individual layers ensures high parameter stability and excellent mechanical characteristics.
OSB-3 – the most common type of OSB plates with high bending resistance, compressive and tensile strength. Due to high moisture resistance, it can be applied outside. Depending on the thickness, used for formwork, construction of frame houses, floor structures, different types of plating.

Cold asphalt


Polymeric cold asphalt is used for high-quality and technological repair of holes, hollows, cracks in a paving, creations of paths, platforms. The special, not having analogs polymeric structure of ASfalt, after laying, remains in the strong summer, is not painted in the winter, maintains the limit shrinkage, expansion and loading caused by tough operation and changes of weather conditions. ASfalt is suitable for almost any firm surface: asphalt, concrete, brick, stone. Continuous traffic flow makes the continuous ramming impact on the repaired site of a covering, forming a rigid, firm patch which “will not fail” over time. Cold asphalt “ASfalt” is environmentally friendly material.

Advantages:

  • It is easy to use – it is not necessary to warm up, it is not necessary to mix. No weather conditions influence sticking of mass of “fast asphalt” to edges of a hole and the basis – either snow, or a rain, or a heat, or cold.
  • No special preparation of a hole and the special equipment is needed – for repair is necessary only the worker-performer and a shovel or the vibrating plate for polymer consolidation. Just place (pour out) polymeric mix in a hole, level and condense. The movement after completion of work can be opened immediately.
  • Repair under any weather conditions, all the year round. Air temperature during the work can be from -26 up to +49, the hole can be dry, filled with water or snow. It is necessary to remove ice in the winter.
  • Convenient packaging – in plastic bags 20 kg.
  • This quantity is enough for repair of holes of 0.3 m2 and 5 cm in depth.

TECHNONICOL 500 PROFESSIONAL is a single-component professional polyurethane foam in aerosol container with high adhesion to various bases. The multipurpose foam which is used for outdoor and indoor works.
